pk7job Terms & Conditions – User Agreement and Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "pk7job", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the pk7job online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pk7job.pro, operated under an international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register a pk7job account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on pk7job.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used for all transactions on pk7job.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based funds credited to a player's account by pk7job.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player through approved payment methods and held in the player's account wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality including withdrawals.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk7job. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the pk7job platform, you unconditionally accept all terms set out in this document as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

pk7job reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to open and maintain a pk7job account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gaming services.

Each player may hold only one pk7job account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, household address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

pk7job reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport;
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and number);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pk7job reserves the right to void winnings and return only the original deposit amount in cases where a player has provided false registration information.

All financial transactions on pk7job are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Approved payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. pk7job does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your pk7job wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the cashier page. pk7job does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (anti-money laundering requirement).
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must either be forfeited or fully wagered before a withdrawal is approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 10 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa once approved; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• pk7job reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 200,000, which may extend processing time.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated per promotion) before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). Table games such as blackjack may contribute at 5% or be excluded entirely. Exact contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be automatically removed from your account with no compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: pk7job employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, and exploiting software errors or loopholes. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds voided and may be permanently closed.

Sports betting on pk7job covers a wide range of markets including PSL (Pakistan Super League) cricket, international Test and T20I matches, UFC, football, kabaddi, and other events. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk7job reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed for more than 24 hours, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned to your account balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and market availability. pk7job is not liable for bets not registered due to technical interruption on the player's side.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, a clear mispricing on a cricket match in the lead-up to a PSL final — pk7job reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed per market. Winnings that would exceed the maximum payout cap will be reduced to the applicable limit.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket events, UFC for MMA). pk7job's settlement decision is final.

All casino games on pk7job — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, and other table games — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified to international standards.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, pk7job's systems will complete the game round using the last known game state. Any winnings generated from that completed round will be credited to your account balance. pk7job is not liable for losses caused by a player's internet connectivity failure.

If a technical malfunction affects the integrity or outcome of a casino game, the affected round will be voided and the bet stake returned. The display of any game result prior to a confirmed technical review does not constitute a valid win.

Live casino games streamed through pk7job are subject to additional rules published by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. In case of conflict between those in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and bonus matters.

pk7job is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Pakistan. We take problem gambling seriously and have implemented a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk7job account holders and can be activated from the account settings panel or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they apply.

You must notify pk7job support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until pk7job receives such notification, all activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and funds deposited or withdrawn — will be treated as authorised by you.

pk7job strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) on your account. With 2SV active, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device.

Sharing your pk7job account with another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk7job and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and/or referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under false, incomplete, or borrowed identity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any activity that constitutes manipulation of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with pk7job staff or other players.
• Placing bets with funds derived from criminal activity or on behalf of a third party for financial gain.

pk7job cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in Pakistan and internationally. Any suspicious activity detected on the platform may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the pk7job platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, text, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk7job or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk7job platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the pk7job platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pk7job software;
• Use pk7job branding, logos, or trademarks for any commercial purpose;
• Frame or mirror any part of pk7job on another website without authorisation.

Unauthorised use of pk7job's intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk7job, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the pk7job platform;
• Loss of funds due to technical failures, server outages, or network interruptions beyond pk7job's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by a player in relation to their gambling activity, including losses sustained as a result of betting or casino play;
• Third-party payment processing delays, errors, or fees;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

pk7job's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk7job holds its international gaming license. By using pk7job, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with pk7job through the internal complaints procedure described in Clause 16. pk7job will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved internally, players may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised by pk7job's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body are available from pk7job's customer support team.

pk7job reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk7job will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on account (SMS or email notification).

The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with the revised effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of the pk7job platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease use of the pk7job platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
